bypass windows login

hey there,
today i present you an easy way to access windows systems and overwrite the password for any user. (sticky key attack)

it will only work if..
a) you have physical access to the computer
b) you are able to boot from other media than the hdd
c) the system-partition is NOT encryptet

1. boot from any unix live system
2. if the terminal shows up, mount the system-partition
3. overwrite sethc.exe for windows xp or Utilman.exe for windows vista/7 with cmd.exe
4. boot windows and press right shift five times (xp) or windows + u (vista/7)
5. >> cmd with system-user privileges
6. win!
